The Brazilian Judo delegation concluded an incredible run by winning the gold medal with a convincing score in the final. Cuba took home the silver medal.
Brazil’s mixed judo team defeated Cuba with a decisive 4-0 score on the tatami to claim the gold in the II Pan American Junior Games Asunción 2025.

The team was comprised of Bianca Reis, Matheus Nolasco, Eduarda Bastos, and Jesse Barbosa. Their talent, effort, and determination allowed them to stand out and play a leading role during an intense and emotional final day of competition, where they made it clear they possess a high level of technical skill and team commitment.
In the bronze medal matches, the United States defeated Canada 4-2, while Colombia secured a tight 4-3 victory over Peru.
