Mexico was a standout on the second day of competition in this synchronized discipline. The country’s representatives added another gold medal to their delegation, thanks to the excellent performance of the team made up of Martha Coldwell, Ana Carolina Martínez, Jaydi Camila Novelo, Fernanda Ramírez del Puerto, and Bárbara Gabriela Ponce.
They combined their creativity and athletic skills to create an elegant routine that earned them the highest score and the gold medal. The Aztec team accumulated a total of 45.950 points, placing them above the United States team, which scored 44.250, and Brazil, which closed out the podium with 43.050 points.
The high level of competition in this sport of extreme precision will continue tomorrow with its final day at the ASU2025 Games, where the junior Pan American champions will be crowned.
