All the agility, versatility, and creativity of the gymnasts were on full display at the Secretaría Nacional de Deportes, where athletes pushed themselves to the limit in each routine, aiming to earn valuable points for their delegations. In that battle, the United States stood out, finishing first in nearly every division to secure the team title.
Leading the way, the American squad, Charleigh Bullock, Addlaye Van Grinsven, Lavienna Crein, and Kylie Smith, dominated, winning four of the five individual events and amassing a total of 152.300 points to claim the team gold medal.
Brazil secured second place on the scoreboard with 145.850 points, thanks in part to Isabel Aguilar’s outstanding performance on the uneven bars, the only apparatus not won by the U.S. Canada completed the podium with 145.450 points, finishing just ahead of Argentina (145.300), who narrowly missed out on the bronze medal.
